We typically process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, your outfit should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Are the colors of the outfits exactly as shown in the images?
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to professional lighting during photography or your device's screen settings.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that customized or altered outfits are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my heavy embroidered or silk garments?
To preserve the quality of the handiwork and fabric, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our premium ethnic wear, especially those with zari or beadwork.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
